Founder/Co-Owner of CSI Fullmer, Bill has been in the contract furniture industry since 1974. Over the years Bill has acquired the assets of 5 different dealerships. Bill has a wide range of experience furnishing healthcare, higher education, government and corporate facilities. Born in Los Angeles, Bill enjoys Fly fishing and riding his Harley Davidson.
As Founder/Co-Owner of CSI Fullmer, Patty specializes in project management and logistics, guaranteeing the highest quality control throughout each project phase. With over 39 years of industry experience, Patty brings thoughtful diligence and creative solutions to each project. Patty enjoys team collaboration with her clients and in-house team ensuring a successful outcome every time. Born and raised in Encino, CA, Patty loves California and often spends her free time hiking, biking or playing tennis.
Yvonne has worked in the furniture industry for the past 21 years. She clearly understands the complexities of the furniture industry. As Administrative Manager, Yvonne oversees all functions of the company’s internal processes. Yvonne’s responsibility is to keep a cohesive synergy between all of the departments to maintain a constant line of communication.
Marissa joined CSI Fullmer fresh out of college with a Bachelors in Communications & Advertising from California State University Fullerton and has now been with CSI Fullmer for over 4 years. As a Project Coordinator in the Customer Service Department, Marissa assists sales account managers with quoting and research, communicating with clients, overseeing projects from budget to completion and bid submittals.
Efa Fernandez has been in the furniture industry for 14 years. As a Project Coordinator in the Customer Service Department, her responsibilities include entering orders, expediting orders, checking acknowledgements for price and product verification. Efa also assists the Sales Account Managers with collections, quoting, discounting, and calling vendors to acquire pricing. As an integral part of the CSI Fullmer team, she acts as a liaison between trucking companies and the designated warehouse to resolve occasional issues such freight damages or conflicts in the delivery schedules. She also coordinates the logistics of installation for each project. She believes that customer rapport is as important as the product we sell, so she will do what it takes to earn and keep their business.
Project Manager/CAD Services
Felipe Camacho leads the CAD Services Department in preparing furniture plans/specifications, maintains on-going relationships with his own list of accounts and assists with the project management of installations. Before coming into the furniture industry 15 years ago, the last 10 of which have been with CSI Fullmer, Felipe worked in both the construction and manufacturing sectors. With experience ranging from sales to material handler he is able to effectively communicate with clients (whether a seasoned facilities manager or an overwhelmed office manager), construction trades, factory personnel and installation crews to help drive a successful project. He has managed projects for the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Los Angeles County Department of Public Works and the US Postal Service, to name a few.
With 5 years of experience in the design industry, Rachael is knowledgeable in, and responsible for, the design, space planning, specification and finish selection process of her assigned projects. She is creative and detailed and believes that a strong client/designer relationship, which drives her attention to constant customer support, is essential to the success of every project. Rachael does not want to be tied to one part of a project; she prefers to participate in all aspects of the project, in collaboration with all team members, in order to help ideas flow and to ensure its success.
J has a degree in Interior Design from Indiana University, Bloomington. He has worked in the industry since 2002 at both the dealership and corporate level for a diverse list of manufacturers. Currently he works in conjunction with all of the sales representatives at CSI Fullmer on a wide variety of projects, ranging from small private offices to county courthouses. Every project he works on is treated as a unique challenge; all details, from field measurement to fabric and finish selections, are addressed with care and consideration.
Project Manager/CAD Services
Holly has more than 20 years of experience in the Office Furniture and Design industry and is very knowledgeable in design and project management processes. During her career she has been fortunate to work with many industry professionals. Believing in the team approach, she recognizes the importance of shared knowledge and collaboration for well-planned and successfully executed projects. She has been in Sales/Account Management for 10 years working with Cal State University Los Angeles, West Hills College, LA County Mental Health, Huntington Library and Bosley Medical.
Designer & Account Manager
Sheila brings more than 30 years experience in the office furniture and design industry. She is experienced and knowledgeable of all aspects of the design and project management process. She’s passionate about her work and believes customer service, communication and commitment are essential to the success of each and every project. Her responsibilities include design, project/move management, and sales. Believing in the team approach, she recognizes the importance of shared knowledge and collaboration for a well-planned and successfully executed project.
Phil Pope has been in the Contract Furniture Business for the past 28 years. He started out as a Furniture Installer/Foreman installing multiple different furniture brands. He has worked up into the Project Management aspect of the business running projects of up to 1000 work stations from start to completion. He has been in Sales/Account Management for 10 years. Over the past five years he has become the Government / Higher Education specialist at CSI Fullmer. Working with all of the LACCD campuses, El Camino College CSULB, Chaffey just to name a few.
Stacey Holmes has been with us for over 6 years. She has a background of Marketing and Communication. Through her years at CSI Fullmer, Stacey has become a key group member at our organization. She’s worn many hats from customer service, to compliance of CSI Fullmer’s Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certification, CMAS and GSA schedules. Today, Stacey is an Account Manager working closely with her clients such as: UCLA, California Institute of Technology and Methodist Hospital of Arcadia.
Bob has worked in the contract office furniture business in Los Angeles for 32 years, serving as District Manager, Region Manager, Division Manager, and VP of Sales for global manufacturers, and as Business Developer, Sales Manager, Vice President, Executive Vice President, Principal, and Owner at major brand aligned dealerships. Bob Joined CSI Fullmer in 2015.
Lenny assures long term client satisfaction by responding quickly to client requests for service. He travels in, and maintains, the well-equipped CSI Fullmer service van. Simply stated, he keeps our clients’ furniture fine-tuned and functioning properly. Whether repairing broken locks, changing out a chair cylinder or performing a simple reconfiguration Lenny is capable of keeping our customers’ products in fine working order.
